How do I manage my upcoming appointments?
Sign in and open My appointments to view, reschedule, or cancel bookings when the provider allows it.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Add the patient or guest details in the booking form when the provider collects them.
Will I receive reminders?
Email and in-app reminders are sent based on your notification settings and the provider’s schedule.
What if a provider cancels?
You will be notified and can choose another available slot or contact support if you need help.
